Week In Review 03.22.06

Well it's been more than a week. LOL. Of course you all knew that it would be. I've been on vacation and it's nice to be home, although I can't say I don't miss the Florida sunshine. Well, let's see what's taken place in the industry during my absence shall we?

Have you seen Creatas yet? Prepare to say to yourself "Oh my God that's amazing"! Okay here's the deal, Creatas is owned by Jupiter Images. This is going to make or break websites in the next couple of years. Awesome.

AOL is adding an email tax for advertisers that want to guarantee Email delivery. This changes everything doesn't it? I can't even begin to comment on how this is going to change the industry. Does this mean AOL users will have to go through 6000 email advertisements to check their mail? Sure on one hand it sounds great for advertisers. On the other hand maybe not, if there is a mass exodus of email users @aol.com

Google is up and down in the stock market as investors try to make sense of the slowed projected growth announcement, and the latest argument between competing statistic firms Nielson and comScore who have incredibly opposite viewpoints about the number of searches being performed.
